Shipping policy
Click & Collect
- Customers can choose to Click & Collect their order at checkout.
- You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for collection. Orders are usually ready by the end of the next working day.
- Collections are available from our New Ross store, Monday to Saturday, 10am – 5pm.
- Returns can also be made in-store during these hours.
- If you’re unable to collect your order, you can arrange delivery by calling us on 051 422696 and our team will dispatch it promptly.
Delivery (Republic of Ireland Only)
- Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day.
- Deliveries within Ireland are sent via An Post with full tracking.
- Delivery fee: €5.95 per order.
- Free delivery on orders over €100.
- Estimated delivery time: 1–3 working days within the Republic of Ireland.
