Refund & Returns Policy (Ireland)

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we offer returns, exchanges, or store credit on eligible items purchased online.

This policy applies only to purchases made through our website.

Return Timeframe

  • Returns must be received by Lady Melia Boutique within 14 days of delivery.

  • The 14-day period begins on the date your order is marked as delivered.

  • Returns received after 14 days will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and packaging intact.

  • Please take care when trying on items — we cannot accept returns with make-up, fake tan, perfume, smoke, or other marks/odours.

  • Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your cost.

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.

  • The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method and may take up to 21 days from the date we receive your return.

  • Refunds will appear on your statement as issued by Revolution Deals (Lady Melia Boutique’s payment provider).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available if the requested size or item is in stock at the time we process your return.

  • If the exchange item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

  • If the replacement item costs more, we’ll contact you to arrange payment of the difference.

  • Standard shipping charges apply to exchanged sale items.

Return Process

  1. Log into your account and submit a return request.

    • If you checked out as a guest, please include your packing slip and return form with the parcel.

  2. We recommend sending returns via tracked or registered post.

    • We cannot refund items we do not receive.

  3. Once received, you’ll receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at
ladymeliaboutique@gmail.com (or info@ladymeliaboutique.ie, if you upgrade to your domain email)
and include photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Pierced jewellery (earrings)

  • Items without tags or that show signs of wear
