We deliver to the Republic of Ireland, United Kingdom and all other EU countries. Orders placed before 11.00am Monday - Friday are dispatched same day. All items are delivered using An Post and UPS. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery

We want your online purchases to be a pleasant and hassle free experience. If you are unsure of an item as regards sizing or styling before you purchase online, please do not hesitate to contact our staff using any of our contact methods beforehand and they may be able to help you in advance of a purchase.
Lady Melia is happy to refund or exchange a full priced item within 14 days of receipt (excluding delivery charge), in accordance with the distance selling regulations.
Simply log into your account and fill out our return request.
The full purchase price (original shipping fee excluded) will be credited when Lady Melia has received and processed your return and it passes inspection.
The item must be returned with tags intact and a valid receipt.
Any item that is soiled and/or damaged (including excessive odour of perfume or smoke) will not be refunded and will be resent back to the original delivery address.
For hygiene reasons the following items will not be accepted back: Tights, Earrings, Fascinators and Beauty Products.
Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.
We cannot guarantee return of item so please ensure you send it via courier or tracked post
Where the conditions above have been met we will refund your card within a maximum 3 days of receiving your item. The refund can only be made to the same method on which you originally paid. Your bank may take additional time to process the refund and we have no control over this, hence we advise you to allow up to 7 days from goods being received to seeing the refund on your account. If this has not occurred within this period please contact us immediately.
